Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate all aspects of the order fulfillment process in a courteous and efficient manner. Build, maintain customer relationships and coordinate company client engagements. Ensure customer satisfaction and responsible advocacy for a busy and growing nutritional supplement manufacturer. Will work directly with key clients in developing and implementing new product ideas from initial concept through final distribution details as well as timely processing of orders. Attend trade shows as requested.
Duties and Responsibilities

Build , maintain and enhance of the customer connection

Tracking of production operations to assure full delivery response is a high priority

Order receipts, customer engagement verification

Tracking of quotations, label copy, raw materials, printed materials and both operations and logistics timeline management.

Resolve any production ensuring full delivery response.

Daily interaction with staff and department managers.

Some travel is required, possibly 2-3 times per year for client socializing and trade shows.







Education and/or Experience:



High School graduate, with preference for college exposure. Minimum of 2 years working experience in a fast-paced office environment. Retail/wholesale background in Nutritional Supplements or related industry is a plus. Successful client service experience, as well as social and communications skills, both oral and written.

Ability to read and understand documents. Excellent verbal, math and written communication skills. Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
