General Job Description: Reporting to a Customer Site location in the Pulaski area as a Site Leader(SL). The shift leader is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in Quality.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to read and follow directions, Ability to supervise, train, and develop others, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Good Communication skills, Able to interpret quality control plans,procedures,prints,ect., Will be using gages and basic metrology tools, Able to follow instructions, Able to evaluate team member performance, Must have a solid work history and outstanding referances. Excellent Customer Service Skills, Must be available and flexible for overtime and weekends when needed may work 10-12 hour a day if needed.
Depending on the project the working conditions may require long periods of physical exertion that includes frequent standing, walking, and pulling, pushing, lifting, carrying,ect.
Due to inspection requirements, must have good eyesight (corrective lenses are acceptable ) and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
The shift leader must possess the capabilities listed below and will perform their functions and responsibilities while maintaining the following priorities.

Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalency (Required) •Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational Training (desired but not required) •Prior manufacturing or inspection experience (Preferred) •Prior leadership (supervision, management) experience (Preferred) •One year minimum experience in manufacturing and/or quality (Preferred) •Computer skills using MS Office •Must provide documented work history, education, and reference list. •Background checks and/or drug tests may be required based on work site and/or customer requirements.
