POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for people who will be able to connect with members in a demanding and fast paced environment.

Fundamental Components:

We will be looking for candidates with strong communication, interpersonal and empathetic skills. We need people who will be able to connect with members in a demanding, fast paced environment. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, provides targeted, personalized service based on a holistic view of the member, benefits, health information, and through engagement. Engages, consults and educates members by delivering individualized programs based upon the members unique needs and preferences. Utilizes resources to assist customers in understanding components of the Aetna products including claims, accumulators, usage and balances and cost sharing.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Experience in a production environment.

Warm, positive, empathetic * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Comfortable with computers, though advanced technological skills are not required * Call center is not required. * Genuinely interested in the position and customer service desire to help people * Candidate must be willing to learn and change *

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
