LEAD FEDERAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
The Lead Federal Account Executive is responsible for acquisition of new logos and/ or expansion in strategic accounts with the focus on Cloud/Hosting, Cyber and IT Managed services. CenturyLink Government provides a robust set of IT and managed service offerings powered by Tier 1 carrier class Network. The Sr. Federal Account Executive can assess customer pain points and business issues enabling the suite of CenturyLink Cloud, IT, and cyber bundled Service Offerings.
This position requires candidates with 10 to 15 years experience selling to either the Federal Government or Fortune 500 companies at the C-level with a proven track record of selling managed IT/ Cloud solutions The ideal candidate requires the following for consideration of this high profile, critical role within CenturyLink Government. 1). Demonstrates track record of achieving sales targets with proven success selling Cloud/Hosting/IT services. 2). Knowledge of Strategic Network Services (MPLS, Ethernet, Optical Wave) is a plus but not required for this acquisition role. 3). Managing funnels, account planning and experience with Sales Force automation or other CRM tool is a plus.
