Job Description


This position will be responsible to service, support and maintain a base of Enterprise accounts to ensure maximum satisfaction and revenue growth.  Enterprise services to include Business Phone, Business Internet and Managed Network Services via Fiber access.

 

This position has no supervisory responsibilities however it will coordinate account management activities with existing Bright House Networks customers and other support organizations to exceed customer expectations in all aspects of the relationship.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Contact - proactive account management via phone calls, e-mails and in the field appointments.
  • Account Renewals / Upgrades - review the customer’s current solution, evaluate their current business needs and present a proposal, Billing Review process – handle billing Q&A for customers and handling billing and credit requests.
  • Coordination with Construction/Engineering Departments to assure timely and accurate cost estimates for new projects.
  • Coordination with applicable departments, including Customer Service to assure timely implementation and administration of agreements.
  • Project Management of sales cycle activities and service implementation
  • Maintaining and reporting sales activity, including Funnels, Sales Call Activity, 30/60/90 day forecasts for upgrades and renewals.
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction to ensure contract renewal.
  • Enter all contact information and contracts in current CRM

 

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure or deadline environments.
  • Aptitude to translate technical information to customers.
  • Ability to identify and cultivate market opportunities.
  • Able to work independently and remotely as a “Self Starter”
  • Ability, experience and confidence to work with high level management staff.

Working Conditions:

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Travel can be expected; mostly driving within Florida.


Required Skills


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Five years prior account management experience with one year of work experience in the field
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft office, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have own vehicle and willing to travel the state.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
