Kitchen Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Chick-fil-A at Canton Crossing is seeking a Kitchen Manager to fulfill the following duties:

-Responsible for entire kitchen operation during all hours.

-Managing and training back of the house team members.

-Ensure kitchen is opened/closed properly.

-Scheduling team members to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

-Inventory ordering/end of the month inventory counts.

-Ensure profitability by monitoring food costs.

-Stock organization.

-Work to create a safe, secure and healthy work environment for fellow employees.

-Ensures Team Members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.

-Ensures Team Members are extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items.

-Ensures Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.

-Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

-Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.

-Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.

Work Directly With A Chick-fil-A Operator:

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future. Our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant

-Cooking experience in a fast paced environment (required)

-Leadership experience and/or proven ability (desired)

-Multi-tasking abilities (required)

-Forward thinker; Ability to analyze and make good judgment decisions.

-Serve Safe Food Safety Certification (desired)

Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. Must be available to work Monday-Saturday. Must be at least 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation to work.
