JOB DESCRIPTION

Were currently seeking an Administrative Assistant 3 for a contract opportunity in Auburn Hills, MI. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's leading suppliers of a wide range of products, solutions and services in the field of energy technology.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, in-person

• Enroll students into classes using learning management system software

• Answer customer technical questions regarding Robotics classes

• Manage customer disputes in SAP and collect on past due accounts

• Process invoices in SAP and quotes for customers

• Run reports, analyze data, and develop monthly data charts for Director

• Edit and manage online tests created through CVENT software

• Proof read and edit documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation before they are finalized

• Communicate ideas to increase efficiency, and drive and implement changes to improve productivity within the department

• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and get work done with interruptions (phone calls, emails, etc.)

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as necessary

• Very strong computer skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Strong organization skills

• Excellent customer service communication skills

• Self-motivated and dedicated to producing quality work results on schedule

• Ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and simplicity

• Excellent written and editing skills

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED

This is a 6+ month contract position.
