Do you want to help people live better? Do you want to learn how to run a fitness club? Our Fitness Assistants are the foundation of our Fit-Lite clubs. Fit-Lite, a new club concept by 24 Hour Fitness, is a co-ed
circuit-only club which provides a total body strength, cardio and core workout in 30 minutes.
As a Fitness Assistant you will:
* Present and Sell new memberships
* Generate leads by sharing your passion for fitness
* Provide members with extraordinary service
* Instruct members on how to use the equipment properly
* Keep the club clean
The ideal candidate is someone who:
* Has sales experience and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
* Has management experience, preferably in retail
* Is passionate about fitness and wants to help others achieve their goals
* Has a vibrant personality and enjoys life
* Has the ability to think strategically to help build this business from the ground up
* Has exceptional customer service skills
