About this job
Candidate will act as an inside and outside customer service contact for advertisers and act as an extention of the Sales Team. Mainly servicing accounts with collecting elements and completing fulfillment for print/digital ads.(setting up clients for billing/services). This position is NOT a call center type role. Candidate will have discussions with their clients. Most interaction will be with Sales Team and Digital Vendors when creating ads.
Must have's:
HS Degree but prefer a couple years of college experience.
HIGHLY proficient with MS Office
2 years of customer service experience (face to face, phone,
NOT call center.
Successful candidate will also be extremely organized and able to work in a fast paced organization.
High level of critical thinking
