This position provides airlines reservation and customer support for an
exciting west coast airline. Reservation Team Member's (RTM's) will assist
customers in making their airline reservations and answering their calls about
airline travel. The work is fun, cutting edge, and constantly changing.
As a RTM, you will assist clients by booking airline reservations, answer
commonly asked questions and/or offer assistance to customers' online bookings
in a call center environment.
START DATE: Friday, June 12 th
TRAINING: 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 2
weeks on the job training -all expense paid 2 day 1 night trip to San
Francisco, CA Virgin America
Headquarters.
TRAINING TIME: 6am to 230pm or 3pm
to 1130pm
Schedule: Seeking open availability
focusing on days and nights and all shifts will include a Saturday and or a
Sunday as part of a regular shift
Compensation: Xerox Services offers
a competitive wage with paid training, Benefits and 401k!
Candidates should be able to:
Travel-for 2 days -1 night ALL PAID stay in San
Francisco CA July 27th -28th. (Here you will fly to SF. CA and Meet the this
well know airline after completing training)
Possess a High School diploma or GED
Minimum of one to two years of selling experience is desirable
Call Center background is preferred
Ability to utilize English verbally and written
Experience with Microsoft Office package desired
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Must pass required background and drug screening
