Bilingual Customer Care Specialist

Duties

Take inbound calls from customers, listen and understand their needs, and help to identify a solution while gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries and documenting resolutions.

Inform customers about available services and assess customer needs.

Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

12 Months working in a Customer Support role

6 Months working in a Call Center is highly desired

Able to work a Monday -- Friday schedule.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies.

Bilingual English/Spanish

Paid training (approx.. 2 weeks) Full Time work schedule

Set schedule Monday -- Friday.
