SUMMARY
Perform various administrative duties for one or more managers. Use established office procedures to perform the necessary job functions required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter payroll information into Kronos, manage timesheets, and MTM Attendance Tracker
Be the liaison between employees and Human Resources
Prepare complex and confidential material (PowerPoint Presentation, central focus for gathering data for production projects)
Deliver outgoing material and correspondence and retrieve incoming material and correspondence from main office. Originate letters and memos using independent judgment and initiative.
Prepare reports and special projects as directed. Compile reports by entering and retrieving data from Kronos, network drives, KPI website. (Examples, ops weekly report, launch scorecard, operations monthly scorecard and countermeasures)
Screen telephone calls, visitors and incoming correspondence.
Assist operations management team in day to day tasks
Order office supplies and maintain office supply inventory.
Daily contact with customers, service providers, executives, senior managers, etc. (in person, via telephone, e-mail or fax).
Coding and preparing accounts payable invoices.
Assisting and keeping track of safety and environmental items/paperwork (MSDS, safety boots/equipment, waste hazard).
Create and back flush work orders.
Receive raw materials and do inventory cycle counts.
ST/OT creation and stock transfers.
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School degree or GED
2-plus years related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in administrative assistant or equivalent
JD Edwards experience
Ability to exercise independent judgment while handling multiple tasks
Working knowledge of computer software (i.e. Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), etc.; Adobe Acrobat; Internet search tools
Proficient grammar and proofreading skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
