Requirements:Applicant MUST:
Have current licensure from the OHLA (Oregon Health Licensing Agency).
Have or obtain American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 10 days of hire.
Pass a drug test upon hire and random drug screenings throughout employment.

Job Duties: Patient oriented, positive outlook, fun, friendly and team oriented.Perform patient assessments and evaluate in accordance with technical standards in the essential job functions approved by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM); American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) and The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT).The Polysomnographic Technologist Pool performs patient set-up and monitors sleep studies; which includes calibration; documentation; therapeutic PAP titration; oxygen titration; troubleshooting; data analysis and recognition of normal data and artifact.Provide patient and family instruction to meet individual needs.Operate testing equipment competently; communicate effectively with staff, physicians, co-workers, and the public in written and verbal form.All other duties as assigned.The Polysomnographic Technologist works under direct supervision of the clinical medical director.
