- Provide project management support with a heavy focus on on-boarding related processes.
- Help to identify areas for improvement and support the team with improvement initiatives wherever opportunities exist.
- Provide support with processes related to performance measurement.
- Support field communications campaigns.
- Support efforts to operationalize key Academy processes.
- Help to run and maintain certain processes.
- Support with monthly reporting on Academy analytics to help measure the progress and impact of the program.
