Entry-Level IT Recruiter Job

Yoh has an opportunity for an Entry-Leve IT Recruiter to join our office in Charlotte, NC

Job Responsibilities :

- Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, this candidate will source and screen technical talent to find the best talent for our openings as well as pipeline for future positions.

- The focus of this position will be to spend approximately 80% of your time placing candidates in contractor roles.

- Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with active consultants.

- Maintain relationships with candidates and customers to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.

- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with account managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

Job Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources AND/OR relevant experience in a similar technical recruiting role

- 0-3 years of IT technology/Engineering recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing environment

- Knowledge of state and federal laws as the pertain to hiring

- Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools

- Great attitude and team player

- Successful completion of background screening process
