Assistant Brand Manager needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Los Angeles, CA

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Prior experience with metadata, Film / TV Distribution or Operations
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Familiarity with digital content as distributed via New Media, such as online sales / rentals, game consoles, subscription services, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, exceptionally organized
- Ability to multi-task, self-direct and maintain focus under strict deadline pressure and concurrent priorities
- Ability to quickly aggregate and process large amounts of information from a variety of electronic sources
- Advanced writing, proofreading and editing skills

What You'll Be Doing:

- Responsible for servicing metadata deliverables for digital clients who license Film product distributed by client for sale and / or rental by consumers on the internet
- Compiling and delivering metadata and artwork in various languages for Film and Television
- Maintain a schedule of client owned programming, gather and proof required information from various sources to populate and maintain elements in an internal database, and then export and deliver the metadata to multiple clients in accordance with contractual terms
- Research and create metadata for our films from several sources and enter in our metadata tool, SMAT, proof and export for delivery on Excel spreadsheets, XML or any other format in accordance with client specs for publishing online
- Metadata will be obtained from websites and databases to which access and training will be given
- Check and proof metadata for content and accuracy within SMAT
- Maintain database and schedule of metadata due dates / delivery and status report
- Coordinate with the Sales / Admin Groups when necessary
- Perform mass import / updates into SMAT when necessary
- Handle the title case conversion and the research of localized titles
- Assist with TV metadata fulfillment as needed
