SAP FICO Systems Analyst needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Rochester, NH.

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Lead the feasibility, design, configuration, testing, rollout, and support of the SAP Management Accounting and Project Accounting (CO and PS) modules (as a member of our business systems team).
    - Identify appropriate scope of new projects, evaluate blueprint requirements, estimate resource requirements, and prioritize requests by working in conjunction with business users.
    - Work with the Corporate Accounting team to seamless integrated divisional requirements with those of other company businesses for design and configuration changes.
    - Work with developers to provide guidance on functional specifications, and overseeing testing of new functionality to ensure it is to specification.
    - Maintain expertise in SAP relevant to Management Accounting and Project Accounting through self-study, attending conferences, attending formal classes and participating in industry groups.
    - Ensure SAP Solutions are correctly integrated to all business processes.
    - Participate in and/or coordinate process improvement sessions to (re)design as necessary current practices to take advantage of SAP.
    - Create training documentation and impart training to end users

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - University degree in the field of computer science or information systems or equivalent work related experience.
    - Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
    - The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on SAP process design and configuration experience in the CO and PS modules, including ECC 6.0.
    - Experience with the SAP FI module an advantage, as is PP, SD, MM, QM or PM functional and configuration experience.
    - Knowledge of Contract Accounting, including Government Contracts desirable.
    - Experience with LEAN Accounting and Value Stream Accounting a significant advantage.
    - Experience with formal and ad-hoc reporting using SAP and / or other reporting / BI tools a plus.
    - Strong leadership skills.
    - Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
    - Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products.
    - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
    - Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
    - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    - Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    - Follow all publicized safety policies / procedures applicable to the job.
    - Attend and participate in all safety training, safety meetings, audits and Behavior Based Safety programs assigned.
    - Report all safety hazards observed. If capable, correct the safety hazard identified.

    - Multiple full SAP project life cycles following the ASAP methodology preferred.
    - Aerospace industry experience would be preferred.
