Sales Manager needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's Logistics and Automation client located in Charlotte, NC
The Big Picture:
- Directly responsible for all business and resource development activity with assigned accounts. Plans, organizes, and administers L&A sales activities including sales, time management, planning, forecasting, system engineering, sales expense, and employee relations.

Top skills you should possess:
- Automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS or AS/RS) experience
- Previous experience selling related material handling systems; i.e. AS/RS, AGVS, floor or ceiling mounted monorail systems and conveyor systems
What you'll be doing:
- Sales Manager will Directly sell automated material handling systems ( direct clients or agency sales)
- Review Customer RFP's, surveys, and economic justifications.
- -Identify, influence and define the clients buying criteria and work collaboratively with System Engineering.
- Compile and analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with System Engineering to develop and deliver winning sales proposals.
- Visit key Customer accounts to maintain existing Customer base and expand new customer base.
- Become actively involved in key account negotiations and critical commercial situations in the region.
- Prepare sales forecast, sales activity reports, market analysis and market share information, competitive and industry trends, and monthly reports to keep National Sales Manager, Marketing, Business Development and other Sales Managers informed of trends and activities in the territory.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of seven years of experience selling related material handling systems; i.e. AS/RS, AGVS, floor or ceiling mounted monorail systems and conveyor systems;
- Proficient in MS and CRM tools.
- Travel up to 50% (domestic and international)
