LPN - Restorative Nursing Coordinator needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- The RNC has the primary responsibility to oversee the daily operation of the Restorative Nursing program
- Educating and training the primary care staff on resident restorative needs as necessary
- Handle scheduling and coverage needs of all assigned staff and assist with hands-on restorative care as necessary.
- Meet with assigned staff routinely to review any issues with residents on caseload
- Produce and report statistical measurement programs on a weekly
- Perform required documentation
- Provide information to the Clinical Reimbursement Coordinators
- Communicate with interdisciplinary team & other members
- Act as an involved member of the Wellness team
- Perform weekly audits of documentation
- Interpret restorative care policies and procedures
- Participate in discharge planning, development and implementation
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Three plus (3+) years of experience in Restorative Nursing and experience with the supervision of staff, preferably in a Long Term Care facility
- Current State of Pennsylvania LPN license
