- User Experience Analyst
- Coordinate to understand requirements with staff
- Work with Business Users on any web content changes
- Wire-framing and mocking ups
- Optimizing internal search engines
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating with staff to understand requirements of new functionality and user needs
- Updating corporate website and intranet as needed
- Working with business users on any web content changes
- Wire-framing and mocking up user-centric experiences
- Optimizing the internal search engine for the corporate website and intranet
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Customer service experience
- Proper grammar and punctuation
- Good communication, written and oral
- Experience with website maintenance or creation
- Understanding of mobile first direction, as well as responsive design
- Experience with prototyping and mockup tools
- Experience in HTML, CSS, and Web content management systems
- Experience with Google Analytics, WebTrends, Sitecore, Qualtrics, ProtoShare, DeepTrawl, or Coveo a plus Start Time: 9:00 AM
