Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess
the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g.
claims) - Participate
in the development of training programs - Prepare
training related materials - Provide
leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment - Report
training metrics and generate training related reports - Work
on ad hoc projects and events - Schedule
classes - Mentor
others - Act
as a resource to others
Requirements
Required
Qualifications:
- High
School Diploma/GED. - 6+
months of Operational Training Experience. - Must
be able to create, copy, edit, send & save utilizing Word, Excel &
Outlook - Availability
to travel up to 25%. - Experience
delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or leading workshops or
seminars. - Create
and edit PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
Degree. - Pharmacy
Mail Service Operations or Fulfillment experience. - Experience
training Pharmacy Clerks, Technicians and Pharmacists. - Certified
Pharmacy Technician. - PTCE
certification. - Pharmacy
