Primary Responsibilities:




  • Assess
    the training and organizational development needs within a function (e.g.
    claims)

  • Participate
    in the development of training programs 

  • Prepare
    training related materials

  • Provide
    leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment

  • Report
    training metrics and generate training related reports

  • Work
    on ad hoc projects and events

  • Schedule
    classes

  • Mentor
    others

  • Act
    as a resource to others



Requirements

Required
Qualifications: 



  • High
    School Diploma/GED.

  • 6+
    months of Operational Training Experience.

  • Must
    be able to create, copy, edit, send & save utilizing Word, Excel &
    Outlook

  • Availability
    to travel up to 25%.

  • Experience
    delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or leading workshops or
    seminars.


  • Create
    and edit PowerPoint presentations.



Preferred
Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's
    Degree.

  • Pharmacy
    Mail Service Operations or Fulfillment experience.

  • Experience
    training Pharmacy Clerks, Technicians and Pharmacists.

  • Certified
    Pharmacy Technician.

  • PTCE
    certification.
  • Pharmacy
    Operations experience
