-One year of experience working as a Baker is required
-Ability (and experience with) communicating effectively in English with staff and colleagues
-Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
-Bi-lingual skills are a plus
-Ability to pass the Motor Vehicle Run (MVR) process, Smith Systems driving training and maintain a clear motor vehicle record are all required
