Job Overview:

Support Operations & HR by maintaining the production database: keying, auditing, and reporting timely production trends.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with Operations management team to ensure accurate production reports
  • Key production in database
  • Partner with Operations to create week out staffing schedule with daily updates.
  • Analyze current productivity levels vs. projected
  • Partner with HR & Operations to provide coaching recommendations
  • Run weekly production queries for each associate
  • Validate accurate productivity sheets
  • Ensure associates book to correct department account
  • Maintain Learning Matrix-cross training spreadsheet for all part-time associates
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual productivity reports
  • Provide information necessary to complete coaching, and assist with seasonal/annual workload surges
  • Provide meaningful variance analysis, as directed by Operations and HR
  • Other functions deemed necessary by management.

Education/Experience
