A large plastics manufacturing company located in Mankato, MN is looking for a 3rd shift supervisor.
Duties:
-Setting up, managing, all day to day operations for the 3rd shift staff.
-Managing all set- up tech's, production operators, warehouse workers, inspectors, & trimmers. With these candidates you will be their direct report and schedule/manage their day.
-Working indirectly with QC auditors, material group members. & maintenance tech's as needed.
-Reviewing all production job to make sure the correct products are being made correctly, safely, w& with little to no extra materials.
-Evaluation of all staff.
-Building a cohesive team.
-Annual reviews.
Requirements:
Must be an open working in all positions and helping out in all areas.
-Must lift up to 75 lbs
-Building teams and keeping a positive employee base.
-Must be able to work overtime
