Position will include but not limited to all parts Inventory Management and receiving responsibilities for the base store. This associate will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering parts and supplies as needed within a designated radius to complete Service Calls in the area.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Knowledge of the local market with the ability to safely and efficiently deliver needed parts and accessories to Service Call locations as well as local Member delivery.

* Shuttles parts to Technicians as well as interaction with local Technical Managers to secure and label parts for Technician pick up.

* Responsible for all necessary system transfers and supporting Inventory Management functions to ensure an accurate and updated perpetual inventory is maintained.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Ability to aid physically the Service Technician in the handling of appliances or equipment to be repaired

* Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime as needed

* Ability to apply appropriate safety procedures and equipment to protect Company and customer assets

* Ability to communicate effectively with the Service Technician and customer

* Ability to read, write, and speak English

* Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance

* Outstanding customer service skills

* Open to change, with the ability to implement change quickly and effectively

* Unloads delivery trucks according to the defined procedures
