Accountant - Full-time

Set-up Rebate and Commission Programs in SAP and reconcile rebates according to the terms of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the Material Science business

Multiple function experience.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Bachelors Degree Accounting preferred

Skills • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or Business with 4+ years of experience, MBA/MS with 2+ years of related experience, or 10-12 years applicable business experience. • Experience with enterprise-wide business systems (FI/CO modules of SAP) • Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications. • Capability to develop alternative solutions to problems and handle complex problems independently. • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, initiative and reliability. • Ability to communicate effectively and promptly at all levels of the organization, supporting department objectives and management decisions. • Demonstrated ability to work on teams and promote the team approach. • Ability to meet strict deadlines, which requires flexibility and willingness to work overtime as needed, especially during monthly closings and annual planning cycles
