About this job
Our client located in Hialeah, FL is seeking CSR's for their call center. This client produces marketing products and business logos for large to mid-size companies. The CSR representative will work in a call center. They will take inbound and outbound calls. The inbound calls will be calls regarding the status of an order or the shipment/delivery time for orders placed by distriutors so they will be large order inquiries. The outbound calls will be made for orders that have errors such as; color, mispelling or any errors that a distributor might have made on an order they placed on the website.
Qualifications:
Must have recent Call Center experience
Must be used to taking 50-70 calls daily
Bilingual is a plus but not necessary. A clear and effective command of the English language is a Must
