Instrument Operator needed! Position will be a mix of office and field work, roughly 80% field during good weather, 20% office.
field work- instrument operator/ rodman working with PLS/ cheif, who will direct work. will be working on construction layouts for commercial construction as well as MA DOT and National Grid projects. they will be responsible for data collections, code info in data collectors and using GPS to confirm coordinates. Must be a field to finish surveyor.
Office based role will be supporting the survey group as a Cad drafter- taking the information collected and drafting site layouts or existing conditions. They will be utilizing autocad civil 3d.
