This role manages the data and contact
management and contact list gathering processes for the Voice of the Client
program.  This includes contact list
gathering, data strategy, schema design, processes, training and testing. This
role also maintains the survey data schema to ensure that the right fields
exist in the survey for segmentation and analysis.  In addition, this role supervises the
coordination of survey data between Satmetrix and all internals systems such as
SFDC, BIG Data warehouse, operational dashboards, Eloqua and other sales,
financial, marketing and operational systems. This position also assists with administration
of survey platform set-up and rights access, results analysis and
reporting. 


Primary Responsibilities:





  • Administer
    the Data & Contact Management for the Optum VOC program including
    standardizing processes, identifying data sources, establishing feeds,
    defining data and content roles and data governance
  • Advance
    the process and manage the execution of the contact list gathering process
    including data collection, tracking, identifying and capturing relevant
    fields, training, quality control and testing
  • Integrate
    VOC, operational and other data sources to provide a holistic view of our
    clients and business
  • Identify,
    develop and govern the contact management strategy for each market
  • Work
    with other departments to integrate VOC data into existing data
    warehouses, CRMs and reports
  • Ensure
    accurate and reliable contact and system data
  • Coordinate
    transfers and sharing of client loyalty data between outside survey vendor
    and internal sales, marketing, finance and operations systems
  • Load
    contact files for survey execution
  • Manage
    relationships with market leads and contact owners within the markets
  • Identify
    data or tagging required and owns the data schema and the contact
    management portion of the spec document for the client loyalty program.
  • Utilize associated technology and tools
    towards program outcomes (ex. Salesforce.com, data warehouse, KIC (knowledge
    database), Satmetrix, and Qualtrics).
  • Assist with control of survey platform - site set-up
    and access including configuring schema, setting up users, controlling rights
    and system administration functions.
  • Produce
    reports and dashboards.
  • Assist
    in the analysis and development of loyalty results analysis presentations.
  • Responsible for key performance
    monitoring and reporting on contacts and databases.
  • Develops innovative approaches.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • 3+ years experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Relational Databases and how tables work together.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Visio.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Previous Team Lead or Project Lead experience.
  • Healthcare Industry experience.
  • SQL experience or DB query experience.
  • Experience with Satmetrix and Qualtrics survey platforms.
