A reputable finance company is looking for an Office Manager to join their Fresno team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Understand all aspects of the payroll process.

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business or 3+ years' Payroll experience and Customer Service.

- Be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspond with e-mails and memos.

- Candidate must have knowledge of all Microsoft applicaitons.

- This person will be responsible for inputting faxed payrolls into the payroll system, contacting clients to obtain payroll information and assisting in the Operations department.

- Skills include the ability to multitask, the ability to type 40 or more wpm, great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, high organizational abilities and experience in data entry.

-The idea candidate will possess payroll experience and 3+ years customer service preferred.
