Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager . Do you have a passion for Food and Beverage and a desire to exceed guests' expectations? Sodexo Leisure provides the ultimate guest experience in upscale dining and catering at some of the World's most iconic cultural and sporting venues. This opportunity is at the soon to be remodeled Willow's Buffet inside The Riverwind Casino. This position requires both retail and catering excellence. This manager will have daily contact with clients and customers.
The ideal candidates will have the following:
- Experience training and leading a retail food service staff
- Strong experience with cash handling
- Experience with ordering, inventory and reporting
- Knowledge of brand standards in a restaurant setting, buffet experience a plus but not required
- Experience with food and physical safety
- Experience with catering events from booking to execution

Position Summary
Maintains food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs. May assume General Manager's (GM) responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/Human Resources (HR) functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
