The principle purpose of the Deployment Planning Specialist is to build communication of projects and handle upward feedback from stores and Labor resources before, during and after commercialization.

The Deployment Planning Specialist will also have primary responsibility for writing Project Reset Details while monitoring and resolving feedback from Connections site, E-Mail, and phone calls on service/projects across all service and project activity as they are assigned.

The Deployment Planning Specialist will be responsible for delivering communications and resolving issues that support Multi-Channel Testing and Commercialization for Merchandising and Store Operations.

To accomplish this, the Deployment Planning Specialist must have solid knowledge of and the ability to define an expectation, develop appropriate work plans and communications, and drive the service/project to completion.

In addition, the Deployment Planning Specialist will work closely with leadership from MCTC on planning the communication for execution for resets. This position will also work across cross-functional organizational business units primarily collaborating with MCTC, Store Operations and Merchandising. The Deployment Planning Specialist must work independently with limited direction and have flexibility to react to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Communication of Projects

*Develops the communications to Store Operations for Merchandising Product Resets and Corporate Projects. Writes the Project Details and communicates through written communication, Conference Calls and meetings.

Consulting on Planning of Projects

*Consults with Deployment Planning Managers/Sr. Analysts/ Analysts regarding Resets, providing Subject Matter Expertise regarding the planning and communication needs of resets and the needs of Store Operations.Provide Feedback and Management of Resets

*Reviews the communications with the Labor Source before, during, and after the Reset/Project to immediately identify miss-communication, misunderstandings, and other problems. Addresses problems immediately as they are identified-Reaches out to other Departments for assistance in resolution as needed. Provides input and suggestions to other Departments as needed. Provide Direction

Provide direction to others in the area of service/project planning and execution, which includes the ability to develop work plans and communication, and drive to completion. This includes collaborating (with little authority) those from different Departments/ Organizations to accomplish common goals.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

*Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Planning, Retailing or related field OR 2+ years of experience in Merchandising, Project Planning, Retail Stores, or in a Consulting environment.

*1+ years of experience in process development, strategy development, project management or similar area.

*Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications:

-1 Years of experience in Organizational Development

-Experience working in a Retail location

-Intermediate Efficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
