Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for an innovative individual who can encourage and inspire others to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.
Responsibilities
Recruit, hire and collaboratively manage our caregiving work force
Conduct all aspects of CAREGiver orientation, training and ongoing education
Collect and maintain all appropriate documentation on CAREGivers
Enact programs to recognize, reward and engage our CAREGivers
Qualifications
Prior experience with aging adults and their families is a plus
Prior hiring experience preferred
Have the ability to make sound decisions in a timely and confident manner
Must be interested in the development and success of others in a fast-paced and growing organization
Must possess excellent presentation skills
A resume is required to be considered for this position
