About this job
We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Consumer Relations Specialist.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Will be working with customized systems to enter orders. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Must have a minimum of 6 months call center experience. Need excellent customer service, and communication skills.
