JOB SUMMARY
Performs all administrative tasks for the efficient operation of Bank of America and Concur system programs, including account and transactions research, analysis, reporting, reconciliation, problem resolution, password issuance and resets and employee training. Interfaces primarily with employees and Bank of America personnel.

Perform as Accounts Payable coordinator back up, primarily processing invoices.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Order Bank of America credit cards for new employees referencing application forms. Enters application data into Bank of America system.
* Establish set up of new employee accounts in the Bank of America system and Concur system.
* Resolve and reconcile Bank of America transactions not reported through the Concur system. (Unassigned transactions report)
* Analyze, research and resolve personal charges on employee expense reports.
* Notify employees of delinquent credit card accounts.
* Reconcile terminated employee credit card accounts and coordinate the processing of outstanding expense reports.
* Reconcile and coordinate employee refund payments for credit card credit balances.
* Respond to program and system questions, resolve password issues and issue credit limit resets.
* Deliver employee training on B of A and Concur programs.
* Perform as back up accounts payable coordinator for invoice processing.
