Lunch - 1 hour unpaid each day. 2, fifteen minute breaks, paid. (have to stay on the grounds and can smoke.) The actual work phone is how they track their attendance.

The job responsibilities are below:
- This person will treat each technician as their customer and also treat the customer when called as the true customer.
- This group supports technicians in the field that are going on Residential service calls. Upon arrival, the technician will call this person if there is a NA (No Answer), if they feel like they are at the wrong house or needing help finding the next home.
- This role is classified as a Field Liaison.
- Expect 100 calls minimum per day inbound from the technicians and outbound calling the actual customer.
- Tech says, "HI, I'm at this house and no one is here. CSR or Field Liason will call all applicable numbers to try and reach the customer. Will attempt multiple times and if they are not reached, the technician will move to his next appointment.
- To start, these candidates will get ALL of the NA calls. Once they are up to speed and the Supervisor feels they can take on more, they will train on how to handle equipment call inquiries from the technicians such as, "this customer wants to add a HD box that was not on the order, can we add."
- Floor support will lessen as this person catches on. But required to ask questions when needed to make sure job is done correctly.
