About this job
Will be a CSR for their inbound call center. Will take inbound and outbound calls. The inbound calls will be calls regarding the status of an order or the shipment/delivery time for orders placed by distriutors so they will be large order inquiries. The outbound calls will be made for orders that have errors such as; color, mispelling or any errors that a distributor might have made on an order they placed on the website.
Call Center environment. Currently they have about 70 reps on the floor and the floor is set up similar to our office pit. The call center is open Mon-Fri only.
TRAINING
- Training is 8 weeks long from 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
SHIFT OPTIONS
- 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
- 10:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday
- 12:30pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday
(OT will be required when they are busy and that could mean they have to start earlier or stay later) The reason they are staying till 9pm is to make calls in California.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a clear English phone speaking voice (bilingual is a plus but must also have a clear english phone speaking voice)
- Must have min 2-3 years of call center experience that is in their most recent job
- Must have a min of High School or GED
- Must pass the ProveIt batch test for Bullet Line with a min of 80% within 45 min
- Must have atleast 2 years of recent Call center experience in their most recent role with the same company in order to be considered for the position
