Sodexo is seeking a talented and innovative General Manager 4 of Food Service for our Business & industry account located in Redmond, WA.

Sodexo focus on delivering high end catering service, Account is a Sodexo Artisan account with the cutting edge menus, innovation and menu creation are required. This position supervise 17 employees. We are looking for someone with a passion for progressive and positive leadership, innovation and a restaurateur spirit. Strong focus on customer service and leadership skills, P&L/Fee account experience. This role will supervise Sodexo employees, must follow Sodexo programs, standard food safety policies, Human Resources policies & financial administrative duties. Food and labor cost control, exceptional customer service, leadership skills and marketing strategy; also this role will ensure culinary standards and will collaborates with the District Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

The best qualified candidate will have the following:

*About 5-6 years of food service experience in a Management and Culinary role.

* Strong General Management skills, this position is combined with that of Executive Chef

*Experience delivering quality food during catering events and managing multiples catering events

*Strong financial acumen with payroll, budget, P&L, food and labor cost

*Experience with Food Safety Policies & knowledgeable of Sodexo programs.

* Candidate must have good Time Management, able to plan ahead, forecast, strong organizational skills

*Candidate must have exceptional customer service skills ( verbal and written), professional, personable and good communication skills.

*Detail oriented, outgoing, high energy, accountable, responsible, customer services oriented and team building skills.

* Knowledge of MS Office Suites

*Experience managing, developing and training staff and managers

*Customer-driven and strong track record of in organizational development and time management

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
