About this job
The Communication Specialist is a vital team member in responding to all communication traffic. This function includes responding to all switchboard traffic, Spectrum Health Home Health Care after-hours calls, physician answering services, and alarm systems monitoring and reporting. This position also registers patients and cashiers when required.
Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or GED
Experience - Work experience in related field where computers and the public are involved
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience - Switchboard experience strongly preferred
