Regular duties

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Create outstanding customer relations
• Possess and share a high level of product knowledge; effectively demonstrate products
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and housekeeping
• Conduct all business in a thoroughly honest and dependable manner, including but not limited to all register functions, inventory and inventory control, special orders, price changes and handling customer sends
• Achieve satisfactory performance results
• HR compliance

All Candidates Must:

• Have Retail experience- at least 2+ years
• Be able to work a flexible schedule (which may include nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Have proven track record of reliability and ability to work independently
• Have reliable transportation
