BounceU of Charlotte was opened in the Northlake area in 2008. We have a 10,000 squarefoot warehouse full of giant inflatable equipment (YouTube: Boulder Balance or Daredevil Island). We offer full service private parties, Drop-off art & technology (Lego Robotics) camps during school breaks, Open Bounce available to the general public, Parent's Night drop-off every Saturday.
We are looking to fill several positions. If you are fun, outgoing and don't mind being silly, you may be a good fit for us.
Party Pros - (Tipped & average $12/hr) They act as the life of the party, leading and facilitating games in the bounce room. Creating ways to make the birthday child feel special and important on their big day while adhering to safety standards and ensuring proper use of equipment. In the party room they serve pizza and cake then take it all out to the car for our party parent.
Desk Manager/Party Planner - (Hourly depends on experience $8 to $9) Responsible for planning events, helping parents decide on the details and essentials to include in their event. Will guide the family through the entire process. Manage phone, bounce reservations. Will be responsible for checking in guests & handling cash. Also responsible for managing Party Pro's. Phone & sales skills needed.
Assistant/Weekend Manager - (Hourly, plus sales bonuses, depends on experience $9 to $14) This person will have a set schedule working a few weekdays plus 8 hours Saturday & Sunday. Main responsibility is to ensure high quality execution of the weekend events. Will act as the point of escalation to resolve any customer service issues. Duties include helping desk managers to check in parents, working with party parents to ensure they know you are there to help and will take care of anything needed. Will be responsible for scheduling staff or delegating the schedule and reviewing. Overseeing the facility cleanliness as well as equipment safety. The weekday shift will be spent acting as the Desk Manager but also reviewing Desk Manager calls & conducting coaching one on one sessions with desk managers. Manage Desk Staff to reach sales goals. Note: Schedule may change to accommodate seasonality, for example during the summer there may be more weekday shifts that will require the manager, while when CMS school is in session, the weekends require the manager.
