Seeking Barista/Sandwich Prep For Cafe (Sunnyvale)
Part-time/Full Time Positions Available
Coffee and More is a small, fast paced coffee house that is family owned in downtown sunnyvale and we are seeking new baristas.
This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, unique environment for those who are enthusiastic and passionate about coffee and food.
We are looking for a talented baristas/sandwich and food prep to join our small team. 2 Part time/Full Time positions are available. mainly looking for a closer to do the closing shift(12-6 PM) but also can doing the opening and mid shifts as well and have a flexible schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fast learner with excellent communication skills
- Prior experience as a barista
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee and its preparation
- Be friendly and deliver exceptional customer service
- Enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Be able to multitask
- Punctual, responsible, and hard working
- MUST have ServSafe food handlers certificate
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Cash handling and POS experience
- Open Availability and being Tech Savvy is a plus :)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages and FOOD items consistently and to the highest standards
- Be familiar with food preparation and handling.
- Be able to speak clearly and informatively about our coffee and specialty food items
- Must be able to Assist with opening, closing, and maintenance duties, work scheduled shifts, based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
- Food Preparation, Make Sandwiches, Salads, and Breakfast Items
- Be willing to multi task, make coffee then jump to making sandwiches and help do whatever it takes to be successful
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety;
