Do you have 10-15 years experience?

Do you have your B. S. in a construction related field?

Do you have experience working for a construction management, Owner's Rep, Real Estate Development firm?

If you said yes to these, I am looking for you. My client is currently looking for someone who has these skill sets. This person will manage mulitiple projects such as new projects and redevelopment initiatives involving corporate office, industrial and specialty projects, such as medical facilities, higher education, retail and financial institution.

You will manage and lead project team(s) through the entire construction process, from project inception to final completion, on a project or projects to ensure client satisfaction. Provide a high quality product on time with outstanding interpersonal skills, client service attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.

You will also have a lot of client interaction, managing GC and subcontractors

Must Have's:
BS/BA in Construction related field
5-10 years of experience
Previous experience working for a Construction Management, Owner's Rep, Real Estate Development Firm
Project Manager experience managing multi-site projects, managing multiple projects at one time
