Our clinical and biopharmaceutical client in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to start immediately for their busy summer and fall hiring season.

Must haves:
1 - Microsoft Word proficiency to edit templates for interview scheduling and agenda's
2 - Solid MS Outlook experience scheduling meetings, events, coordination for interviews.
3 - Very detail oriented and organized.

Position Overview:

Work closely with our HR Representative and employees to provide a high level of customer service and HR support in our fast paced biotech environment. Company is in growth mode and hiring 15+ positions this summer.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Scheduling candidate interviews among 5-15 internal employees based on the level of new hire/role
  • Preparing interview agendas (use many set templates)
  • Confirming interviews with employees and candidates
  • Posting positions to various recruitment sites.
  • Additional responsibilities may include posting open positions, filing and other administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • HS Degree or above.
  • Some college coursework is preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year of experience working in an office setting using MS Word and Outlook on a daily basis to assist with all coordination, scheduling, responses to clients/customers/candidates etc
