The Site Reliability Service Management Team is looking for a friendly, organized intern to help us coordinate customer migrations. This internship requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of and experience in Customer Service/Support or Inside Sales.
Responsibilities include:
Assist SR Service Management and Client Services with data entry and communication via phone and email.
Assist with call and email to customers to schedule their migration.
Follow up with calls and emails to customers to answer basic scheduling questions and ensure they are still on track for their migration date.
Keep records up-to-date and organized throughout the co-ordination process.
Use SalesForce.com, excel and google spreadsheets to run reports as needed.
Assist with program status updates.

Customer service orientated - energetic, friendly, and patient.
Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable with communication via phone, email, and in-person.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail. Accuracy. High quality work.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Gcal and Gdoc
Demonstrated Professionalism.
Desire to learn and grow.
Interested in a career in business and/or client services.
