Description

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our Homecare team in Mundelein, IL. The Homecare Coordinator is responsible for administrating the process flow of account start ups, pricing and related tasks associated with Homecare Sales.

Opportunities include but are not limited to:

1. Management of the new account start up process (See Account Set Up Check List).

2. Distribution of weekly and monthly manifest invoices and other reports as required by customers.
3. Work with the RVPs and SSCs on any necessary maintenance and reporting for customers.
4. Distribute any forms or paperwork needed / requested to RVPs, reps and customers.
5. Maintain HomeCare customer files; contracts, credit letters, etc.
6. Perform demos for ordering on www.medline.com to customers and reps; as needed
7. Act as back up to Sales Support Coordinators regarding monthly expiring pricing files
8. Develop and distribute customer satisfaction surveys as requested.
9. Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies.
10. Participate in Company committees when requested.
11. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities.
12. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Operations and President.
Qualification

  1. High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
  2. Must be proficient on Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookup and basic formulas
  3. Need basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
  4. Strong organizational skills are mandatory
  5. Strong communication skills are key
  6. SAP knoweldge is a plus
