Hanul Corp. is actively recruiting for a Home Appliance Technical Support to join its tech Diagnostic team in the New Jersey office.The position is scheduled to work the day 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday with some on-call including holidays if necessary.
The Technical Support provides technology support to customers around the country on phone. Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
*Primarily support Samsung Home Appliance devices and provide the diagnosis to resolve the systematic issue within various other activities as needed.
Qualifications:
*A minimum of 2 years of field repair preferably within home appliance services environment.
*Strong Microsoft Office Word is preferred but not required.
*Must speak English fluently; bilingual is plus.
*Knowledge of writing/diagrams/schematics, MS office.
*Superior communication and facilitation skills.
*Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
*Good technical problem analysis/solving skills.
*Attention to detail, and executes responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through.
*Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to execute responsibilities with a sense of timeliness.
*Proven ability to work well in and contribute to a team environment.
*Work effectively in a pressure, business critical situation.
*Demonstrate ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems with attention to detail.
Compensation:
* Pay commensurate with experience / ability.
