Growing musical instrument importer is expanding. We're looking for a friendly, professional sales associate to process orders and take payments. Review and pass along completed orders to our shipping department. In addition, work with shoppers when they visit the store, call, email or "chat".Each customer interaction needs to provide detailed sales information and personal assistance at every opportunity. The position starts with 25 hours per week Monday-Friday. Upon completion of a successful training period, the work schedule may be increased to 30 hours or more per week which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Candidate must be highly organized and accurate, able to follow process guidelines, be familiar with e-commerce software, QuickBooks, general internet use and Microsoft Outlook. We're located in a modern office and warehouse facility near the Cherryland Mall.

A modern facility with 16 computer workstations, warehouse and retail storefront. Products arrive on a daily basis from UPS, USPS and trucks.
