Production Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Production Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

A company in Milwaukee is looking for a Production Manager with a focus on strong analytical skills, operations and employee involvement. Responsibilities include: *Preparation and production of the daily schedule *Ensuring all production requirements are identified and met by the end of the working day for the next day's production. *Protecting the integrity of order fulfillment and utilizes SAP to ensure accurate entries and quality. *Supporting the production staff by ensuring processes are followed correctly, product is assembled and labeled consistently and accurately, and that targets meet or exceed daily productivity goals. *Multi-tasking by effectively managing system applications and production floor throughout the day. *Time management is imperative for success. *A high drive and passion for continuous improvement, eliminating waste, and demonstrates this understanding by implementing and training on best practices throughout the production department. REQUIREMENTS *Associate's Degree; Bachelor's preferred *3-5 years related production and supervisory experience *Experience with SAP and a contingent workforce a plus *Experience with LEAN and Six Sigma Interested?
