What are customers thinking & feeling? How does a consumer react in-the-moment? What are they thinking as they buy a product & what are they thinking when they don't? These are just some of the questions that Custom Intercept Solutions finds the answers to by engaging directly with the consumer! Custom Intercept Solutions (CIS) provides market research through point-of-experience intercept surveys, and the on-site Data Collection Specialists are the people who gather this information first hand.
As a Data Collector for CIS, you will complete surveys with customers at the Grand Opening of one of the nation's largest sporting goods stores!

As a Data Collector for CIS, you will complete surveys with customers at the Grand Opening of one of the nation's largest sporting goods stores!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Partner with another Data Collector to interview patrons and collect survey responses
- Approach and survey customers as they are leaving the store and ask them to provide feedback related to their shopping experience
- Provide the guest with a $10 gift card to the store after completing the survey
- Conduct all surveys interview-style on an iPad device. This ensures that that accurate and thoughtful data is collected
- Transmit data via wireless transmission to CIS at the end of each shift (training is provided)
